The Manager Sales plays a key role in the next development phase. He or she is responsible for the international sales of high‑capacity sorting systems and leads a team of experienced international Sales Managers and Sales Engineers. The role combines strategy, leadership and direct commercial responsibility. The Manager Sales contributes to further professionalising the commercial organization and brings a more structured, data‑driven way of working without losing entrepreneurial spirit. A hands‑on leader who actively serves clients and partners, but also elevates the team to a higher level through clear goals, professional processes and inspiring leadership. Together with the Commercial Director and MarketingManager you set direction and execute the commercial strategy of EuroSort. EuroSort is on the brink of further international expansion. To realise this growth a commercial leader is needed who:
serves as a bridge between technology and market,
safeguards the board by taking responsibility,
continually improves how sales is managed, monitored, and measured.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Lead and develop the international sales team, consisting of Regional Sales Managers and a Head of Sales Engineering with a team of Sales Engineers
Translate the commercial vision into a clear strategy and concrete sales plans
Achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets
Build and maintain sustainable relationships with integrators, partners and end customers
Develop new markets and customer segments within Europe
Professionalise sales processes, forecast and CRM use
Optimize collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Operations and Service
Be personally responsible for sales within your own region and strategic key accounts
Actively contribute to the strategic direction and growth plans of EuroSort

Minimum five years relevant experience in B2B capital goods projects/business
Network and experience in intralogistics is a plus

Minimum five years managerial experience
