Our Retail Recruiters are based across EMEA and support 15–20 stores in one or more countries. You will act as the key talent acquisition partner for regional retail leadership teams, including store managers (Head Coaches) and field leadership (Retail Managers). You will identify, source and hire candidates across Nike and Converse, and bring innovativeideas to improve the retail hiring process. We are looking for a self-starter who takes action and can influence key partners and hiring leaders. Nike is evolving, so you should adapt quickly to change and handle ambiguity.As a Retail Recruiter DACH, you lead the end-to-end process for retail field hiring across multiple levels, from store associate (Athlete) to store manager (Head Coach). You will be responsible for candidate sourcing, resume review, and video screening. Working within a team of other regional recruiters, you will own the candidate process through our applicant tracking system, Workday.Who you will work with

You will report to the Retail TA Manager Central EMEA and be part of the regional retail recruiting team within the Talent Solutions Organization. You will maintain relationships with the Head Coaches of your assigned stores and Retail Directors, and partner with internal HR operations teams (People Solutions and Data Management).What do we offer?
