What will you do?

Taking responsibility for your own small projects with great project management.

Assisting on e-commerce, campaign photo and video shoots (TVC, windows, instore, online).

Having daily contact with international model and influencer agencies.

Working closely with Buying, Creation and Visual Merchandising department.

Researching (fashion) marketing trends and support the application of these trends into Hunkemöller photography.

Executing sample management and internet checks/research.

Searching and scouting for models, taking into consideration trends in the fashion industry as well as Hunkemöller’s brand values and identity.

Working on the pre-production files e.g. callsheets and shootlists.

Research and supporting on (AI) media innovations according to our brand identity.

Assist on post-production.

About you!

You are passionate about photo and video, marketing and fashion in general.

You have a great sense of responsibility&planning skills.

You are an MBO/Bachelor/HBO/ or Master’s student, with the focus on communication, marketing and/or fashion.

You are flexible and you take initiative.

You are fluent in English and Dutch.

You have a driver's license (B).

You are able to work 40 h/week on internship responsibilities. Working on school assignments is allowed in consultation with your buddy (no thesis writing).

Work From Home (WFH) Policy:

For 40‑hour internships, you are allowed to work from home up to 2 days per week, depending on the nature of your role. During onboarding, WFH days may vary to better support your learning and training.

Internship Allowance:

450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).

Travel Allowance:

Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.

Eligibility Criteria For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2026. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

You are an EU citizen.

You are on a Family/Partner visa.

You are a non‑EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, or (2) your university is willing to sign a third‑party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
