What will you do?

Lead the Digital Sales Reporting Team, consisting of 5 Senior Business Analysts and 3 Process Coordinators. This team is responsible for managing the reporting from digital partners (Spotify, Apple, YouTube, etc.) and reporting to Universals Operating Companies and Labels around the world. As Finance Manager you will be responsible, together with the team, for onboarding new digital partners, financial reporting, payments, obligations of and to our global digital partners and reporting and communicating with Operating Companies, Labels and stakeholders, working together with Legal, Commercial, Finance and IT Departments as the point of contact and/or spokesperson of the department.As People Manager you will secure a positive and safe work environment where every individual employee can act as the best version of themselves. Bachelor or Master (Business Administration or Finance) Experienced Manager in data and administrative processes (and ideally in a media/entertainment/tech company) Proven experience in People Management in a leadership role An excellent command of the English language and also understand and speak DutchYou are entirely familiar with the MS Office package and are interested in extending your expertise in SAP&Business Objects
