Account Director (Bilingual Spanish), Hilversum

About the Role

As an Account Director (Brand), you'll focus on brand social strategy, working closely with day‑to‑day clients, cross‑functional client teams, IAT and brand partners. Also, help clients connect the dots across initiatives so everything ladders up to bigger brand ambitions and cultural salience. You will coach and inspire the growth and development of agency staff by providing consistentfeedback, training, and growth opportunities. Once comfortable, you will also join senior leadership to scale learning and growth throughout the agency.Responsibilities

The Essentials

8-10+ years of agency experience required Bilingual Spanish, spoken natively as your clients are bilingual as well. Work is conceptualized separately in English and Spanish. Comfortability with regular production travel A passion for and experience in brand marketing Strong people skills - good at building relationships, comfortable conversationalist, with a presence that compels others to pay attentionDiplomatic and empathetic leadershipExperience in social media, fluency in media and KPIs Ability to balance the best interests of Monks and our clients and their businesses Not a must, but a plus

An effective communicator, strong writer and strong presenter This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week.
