Supporting and mentoring the local APAC accounting team to ensure timely and quality financial reporting for entities under direct responsibility. Analyzing and reviewing monthly reporting packages for entities within different company groups and liaising with local finance teams. Leading the monthly consolidation process and inter‑company reconciliations, reporting to the S4 group team.Acting as the main contact for the financial reporting tool and driving improvement of current working practices. Liaising with various stakeholders, including local finance teams, S4 group team, FP&A, MDs, tax, legal, HR, etc. Ensuring compliance with accounting and reporting standards, including preparing accounting position papers (IFRS). Overseeing the group audit process. Assisting with monthly board reporting to the management board. Playing a role in implementing new finance systems and driving process improvement and transformation projects.Contributing to process documentation and improvement, as well as building a future‑proof finance and reporting structure. Requirements

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or equivalent. 6+ years of experience, preferably in a high growth, international company. Experience within a transformation environment. Experience using Netsuite is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, both with financial and non‑financial professionals.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle stressful situations with a positive attitude.
