AI-Powered Productivity: You will identify and implement AI tools to simplify HR processes and daily workflows, removing friction and saving time for everyone. Strategic Data Partnership: You will use data and KPIs to provide insights that help our leaders make better, faster decisions. Employee Experience&Growth: You will leverage technology to enhance engagement, career mobility, and the overall "work-life balance" that defines our culture.
