About the Role

Monks is seeking a visionary AI Specialist to join our specialized team. This hybrid role demands both technical proficiency and creative strategy. You will bridge cutting‑edge AI developments and engaging social content, anticipating the future of LLMs by exploring the current AI landscape, utilizing APIs and coding knowledge to experiment and prototype. Your work will keep our social channels ahead of the curve and educate our internal teams and external AI‑enthusiast audience.Responsibilities

Technical foresight and landscape analysis– actively monitor developments from Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic and anticipate upcoming AI features. Advanced content creation&prototyping– create compelling social content for X and Instagram, design and execute complex prompts, and utilize APIs to prototype internal tools, test new capabilities, and produce unique images, videos and copy. Internal training and enablement – serve as the AI expert, bridge knowledge gaps, and develop and lead training sessions for creative, strategy and design teams on new AI features.Playbook development and documentation– document internal use cases and build comprehensive playbooks on integrating AI tools, including Google Workspace, into strategy, creative and operations. Education and demystification – break down prompts and technical details for external content, presenting API usage in an engaging, easy‑to‑understand way.Client‑facing engagement – collaborate with clients, problem‑solve and educate them on efficient prompting techniques. Qualifications

Technical proficiency: proven experience in coding and hands‑on use of AI/ML APIs, comfortable with technical documentation and tool building. Master of prompts and AI ecosystems – demonstrated ability to achieve extraordinary results from generative AI tools and deep familiarity with current LLMs.Natural trainer and explainer– excellent at translating complex, technical concepts into simple, engaging language, passionate about training others and documenting processes. Social savvy – deep understanding of what resonates with AI‑enthusiast communities on X, ability to advise copywriters on technical trends.Creative problem–solver – love challenges, enjoy using new technology, including APIs, to build internal tools and optimize workflows.
