Our all-in-one video platform offers everything from video management, OTT, live streaming, and advanced advertising solutions. Large sports clubs, media companies, brands, and government organizations rely on our platform daily to strengthen their video strategy. Great names like Ahold Delhaize, Ajax, KLM, and all regional broadcasters have been our customers for a long time.
We have grown rapidly in recent years, but our ambitions go further. That is why we are looking for you as a Technical Success Manager to guide our customers toward successful implementation and optimal use of our platform.
What will you do? As a Technical Success Manager, you are the technical point of contact for customers during onboarding, implementation, and the daily use of our platform. You guide customers through technical integrations, configurations, and optimizations, ensuring they go live quickly and successfully.
You interact frequently with customers, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Development, and you are a vital link between technology and business.
Your responsibilities:
Guiding new customers during onboarding and implementation
Supporting technical integrations such as APIs, OTT solutions, Player implementation, CMS links, and advertisement setup
Training and advising customers on best practices and use cases
Handling technical customer questions and escalations
Translating technical customer questions into concrete solutions
Liaising with Product Owners and developers on technical issues
Advising on the design and configuration of our platform
Identifying optimization and improvement opportunities for customers
Contributing to customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
Who are you?
You have 2-5 years of experience in a technical customer-focused role such as Technical Account Management, Implementation Management, Customer Success, or Solutions Consulting
You have an affinity for software, APIs, and technical implementations
You are a strong communicator and enjoy advising and guiding customers
You work in a structured and project-based manner
You can make technical information understandable for non-technical stakeholders
You are fluent in Dutch (native language) and English, both verbally and in writing
Affinity with video, streaming, or ad/media-tech is a plus
