Job Overview

Senior Project Manager– bilingual (English/Spanish) with responsibility for end‑to‑end execution of complex, high‑stakes technical projects. You will work with a global multidisciplinary team, manage multiple simultaneous requests, and ensure delivery in line with strict service levels. Key Responsibilities

Own the project from kickoff to delivery, keeping it on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. Maintain a proactive mindset: identify risks early and tackle new challenges autonomously. Coordinate between project stakeholders and internal teams to deliver a continuous flow of production work to clients.Lead client meetings, take minutes, define next steps, deadlines, and responsibilities. Translate complex technical issues into clear instructions and actions for Monks and global partner offices. Encourage collaboration and inspire trust through honest, transparent communication. Define and communicate priorities, balancing internal resources with external deadlines.Conduct project retrospectives to evaluate and improve future workstreams. Translate client requests into detailed brief documents, managing the input and output for Design, Development, and QA teams. Prepare and manage specific project timelines, sequencing activities to ensure timely completion with precision.Track burned hours and proactively raise risks to your lead or operations team. Qualifications

5+ years’ experience as a Technical Project Manager, primarily with large‑scale companies or global agencies. Mandatory bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish); able to lead technical discussions and client presentations in both languages. Proven client‑facing experience, managing senior stakeholders and navigating difficult conversations.Deep understanding of the digital production process, covering Creative, UI, UX, Development, and QA. Desirable expertise in tools such as Jira and Confluence. Benefits and Working Conditions
