The Role

We are seeking a lawyer to join our growing practice in Hilversum. The successful candidate will work across both corporate and immigration matters, advising international and domestic clients on a broad range of legal and regulatory issues connected to business establishment, international structuring, commercial operations, and cross-border mobility.This role is particularly suited to a lawyer who enjoys working in an international environment and who is comfortable combining transactional, advisory, and client-facing work. Advising clients on corporate governance and company structuring matters Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and corporate documentation Assisting with international group structuring and reorganisations Advising on employment-related legal matters Supporting clients with general commercial and contractual advisory workCoordinating with external advisers, notaries, and international counterparties where required Immigration Law

Advising corporate and private clients on Dutch immigration procedures Assisting with highly skilled migrant applications and sponsor matters Advising on intra-company transfers and EU Blue Card applications Supporting entrepreneurs, investors, and relocating businesses with immigration complianceAdvising on residence permits, relocation processes, and related regulatory matters Coordinating immigration applications and supporting documentation Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant legal experience Strong drafting and analytical skills Excellent written and spoken English Dutch language skills are preferred but not required Experience in corporate law, immigration law, or both An entrepreneurial and commercially minded approachStrong organisational and client management skills The ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment We offer a role according to proper conditions (salaries, pension, education), with opportunities to grow and develop.
