Billing Analyst– Corporate Team Responsibilities

Review contracts, IOs, and SOWs to ensure appropriate approval and billing rates/rules. Manage the billing engine and verify platform accuracy to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve invoice discrepancies promptly. Reconcile COGS accrual and bills on a monthly basis.Assist legal and sales teams to assess customer credit and risk. Develop and maintain billing metrics for senior leadership. Identify process improvements and coordinate with other departments to improve billing/accounting process efficiency. Assist with ad‑hoc projects as needed. Qualifications

Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken). Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 3+ years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year in AR/billing. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to prioritize competing demands. Comfort working with various computer systems and large data sets.Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast‑moving environment. Experience in AdTech or technology startups is preferred.
