About the Project We are a sports project that supports young people in finding work and/or school through rugby. During this 3‑month project, we provide young people with the skills to take control of their own lives.
Responsibilities You will pick up the youngsters at their homes and transport them to the rugby club in Hilversum. The work always starts and ends at the club, where a bus is available. Young people come from all over North Holland, so the location of the work may vary.
Working Hours Sessions are held on Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday. In the morning between 7:30 and 9:00, and in the afternoon from 15:00 to 16:00. The project runs from 1 April to 1 May.
Qualifications&Requirements
No specific knowledge required, but you should have an affinity with young people aged 16 to 26 and be willing to get to know the person behind the labels.
VOG is mandatory (costs are reimbursed).
You possess patience and can motivate young people even when they do not initially want to cooperate.
Must be a willing driver in and around Hilversum.
