Senior Analytics Specialist

to drive data-driven decision making across finance and business operations. This role combines financial expertise with advanced analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the IT department to promote the systematization of various modules such as pricing, commercial policies, financial offers, promotions, rebate settlements, etc. Conduct market analysis and competitor analysis on the responsible vehicle models. Conduct complex data analysis to identify business opportunities and operational efficienciesDevelop predictive models for financial forecasting and business planning Create automated reporting solutions for key business and financial metrics Partner with business units to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations Lead special projects requiring advanced analytics and financial modelingBuild and maintain dashboards for executive reporting Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field 5+ years of experience in analytics role with focus on finance/business Strong programming skills (Python/R) and SQL expertise Advanced spoken and written Chinese and English Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniquesProficiency in data visualization tools and BI platforms Experience with large dataset analysis and data mining Strong financial acumen and business understanding Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Benefits
