Membership Operation Specialist
to help lead the operational excellence behind the global roll‑out of the OneASICS™ membership programme.
Your role in our shared journey Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by leading the operational excellence behind the global roll‑out of our OneASICS™ membership programme. In this role, you'll orchestrate complex project timelines, establish robust processes across creative, rewards, and marketing workstreams, and ensure seamless coordination between regional teams and stakeholders to make OneASICS the most loved membership programme in the sports industry.
Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Own and manage workback schedules for the OneASICS global roll‑out across all regions, mapping Marketing‑related activities, timelines, dependencies and risks.
Establish and coordinate end‑to‑end processes for creative updates, rewards sourcing, seasonal campaigns and Lifecycle Marketing with clear timelines and ownership.
Assess readiness across key workstreams including Creative, Rewards, Partnerships, Campaigns and CRM to ensure successful programme implementation.
Identify and flag operational risks, delays and blockers, partnering with Digital Product, Regional teams and Legal to resolve issues proactively.
Prepare key stakeholders for important meetings and gates by facilitating Steering Committee meetings with comprehensive agendas and templates.
Review and optimise team processes and recurring meetings whilst maintaining documentation and content organisation to drive cross‑functional efficiency.
Coordinate strategic executive review inputs and provide support to the Global Membership Marketing Director for critical decision‑making processes.
You have the following skills:
Project management proficiency with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across all organisational levels.
Understanding of digital marketing and CRM tools including Salesforce and Adobe Campaign.
Minimum four years of experience in marketing or loyalty membership operations within a global organisation.
