Product Marketing Manager, Hoofddorp

Brief Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with strong industry insight, solution design capability, and a strategic product mindset to join our team. This role requires not only a deep understanding of the warehouse logistics and automation industry, but also proven experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy, customer needs analysis, and cross-cultural collaboration. Acting as a key link between headquarters and regional markets, you will be deeply involved in product strategy execution, solution development, and market enablement to support Hai Robotics’ global and regional growth.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, partners, and internal cross-functional teams to develop product and solution strategies tailored to industry-specific scenarios. You will also take ownership of new product launches and continuously enhance competitiveness based on market feedback. Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the product team to develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies based on regional trends and customer needs, including product positioning, core solution focus, and competitive strategy.

Solution Design&Guidance: Design competitive warehouse automation solutions tailored to customer business scenarios based on Hai Robotics’s product portfolio. This includes data analysis, product selection, solution competitiveness evaluation, and supporting project implementation.

Customer Needs Discovery&Conversion: Conduct in-depth research and interviews with key accounts to understand their business models and pain points. Translate these needs into deliverable product or solution logics.

Market&Industry Analysis: Lead structured research of regional and vertical industry segments. Build market maps, customer profiles, and competitive analysis reports to support product planning and sales strategy.

Cross-cultural Project Collaboration: Act as a communication bridge between regional teams and headquarters. Coordinate resources across functions (technical, delivery, sales) to ensure successful product roll-out across markets.

Brand&Solution Communication: Organize internal and external product training, solution presentations, exhibitions, and technical sharing sessions to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Logistics Management, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics or automation industry; B2B product management or solution experience preferred.

Prior experience with Grocery and E-commerce industry is a huge plus.

Familiar with warehouse automation equipment, business processes, and typical application scenarios; able to communicate effectively with cross-industry clients.

Proven experience and knowledge in product launch, operations, and lifecycle management (GTM).

Strong communication and project management skills with ability to coordinate across departments and cultures.

Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D layout design and fluency in Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent Chinese and English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to produce product documents and deliver client presentations independently.

Highly self-motivated, quick to learn, and persistent in overcoming challenges and driving execution.
