2026 Pan-EU Campus Recruitment - Technical Support Engineer Provide support via phone and e-mail to distribution partners and installers on Hikvision products efficiently and accurately.

Research and explain possible solutions and/or alternatives; ensuring that clients feel supported and valued and their needs are addressed whilst adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Help and support with testing products; and report the results to your line manager.

Maintain and develop the company’s CRM system by ensuring all data relating to customers and support tickets are accurate and up to date.

Attend regular training and meetings to maintain and expand knowledge and performance level.

Understand and strive to meet or exceed targets while providing excellent consistent customer service.

A demonstrable passion for Information Technology

Fluent in Mandarin, both written and verbal

Fluent in at least one of the following languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Polish, Hebrew etc., both written and verbal.

Work Location Technical Support Engineer-English: You must be willing to relocate to the Pan-European region, including Adriatic, Romania, UK, etc.

Technical Support Engineer-French: You will be based in Belgium.

Technical Support Engineer-German: You will be based in Germany.

Technical Support Engineer-Hebrew: You will be based in Israel.

Technical Support Engineer-Spanish: You will be based in Spain.

Technical Support Engineer-Polish: You will be based in Poland.
