About the role: The

EU Training Coordinator

will play an enabling role to ensure that our European customer-facing teams are fully skilled and equipped to deliver consistently outstanding and meaningful customer experiences. He/She will act as the primary contact for our Market Partners regarding the planning and scheduling of their training needs and requirements. He/She will plan, organize, and track all sales and product training that will ensure that our digital, retail, and dealer-based sales teams have the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors they will need to deliver excellence at every stage of the BYD Customer Journey for Passenger Cars: from initial lead enquiry through to vehicle delivery and ownership.The

EU Training Coordinator

reports directly to the Manager of Sales Excellence and will work as part of the EU Sales Excellence team. Key Objectives&Responsibilities: First contact point of his/her referenced markets, meeting organization, requested training actions, update of the Dealer Network and roles, specific market Training actions and materials. Plan, organize, and schedule EU sales and product training programs with EU dealer partners, with close cooperation with Markets Sales Excellence Team.Inform attendants (internals and Network) about training options available and completed. Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness. Track and report on training completion and outcomes. Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology. Organize logistics for training sessions and events including venues and equipment.Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers as required. Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment. Collaborate with Aftersales team for a consistent Customer Service approach. Key Results: Commercial and funnel management metrics Training Completion tracking.Sales Productivity metrics at Dealer level. Customer Satisfaction NPS. Required skills, qualifications and experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Customer-oriented mindset. Connected with our Mission and a more sustainable future. Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a customer-focused team or organization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional communication, training, and facilitation skills with a naturally high impact presence. Excellent English language skills and Mandarin Chinese, both languages are essential. Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Capable of inspiring trust and confidence through effective communication and interpersonal skills with partners and employees at all levels of the company. Proven track record of being proactive and focusing on critical priorities with little or no supervision. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required (to the markets of his/her responsibility).Ability to work independently and be self-directed. Thorough knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools including full Microsoft Office suite.
