Team Overview And Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse and Supply Chain Coordinator Intern to support our logistics operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and supply chain coordination. You will assist with day-to-day activities that ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of goods and services.Start date: As soon as possible Duration: At least 6 months Work location: Hoofddorp, NL

Responsibilities: Assist with daily communication and coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses to ensure smooth execution of warehousing and distribution operations. Collaborate with inbound and outbound logistics teams to address and resolve daily operational requests and issues in a timely manner.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supply chain costs at each stage, including transportation, warehousing, and handling expenses. Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to support performance monitoring and prepare monthly operational reports for management review. Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in process enhancement projects and conducting data-driven analyses.Manage and organize product samples stored in both office and warehouse locations, ensuring accessibility and proper documentation.

Qualifications: Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master study program for the full-period of the internship and available to travel 3 times a week to the office. Self-organized and analytical skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work within a team and independently. Proficient in MS Office(specifically good excel skills).Fluent in English.
