Chef de Partie

to help us launch a culinary experience that sets the bar from day one. With 281 rooms, 6 meeting and event styling rooms, and the energy of a brand‑new operation, this is your chance to showcase your skills, inspire others, and be part of something exceptional.

What you’ll do As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your own section in the kitchen, whether that’s starters, mains or desserts. Ensuring every plate that leaves your station is perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. You’ll be responsible for training and guiding (junior) chefs, maintaining high culinary standards, and keeping your mise‑en‑place, hygiene and workflow on point. You’ll thrive in a role that demands creativity, precision, and the ability to adapt to the dynamic rhythm of a busy service. From contributing ideas to menu development, to keeping cool under pressure during peak moments, you’ll be a key player in delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.

What we’re looking for

2–3 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or hotel chains (big organisation is preferred)

A creative and detail‑oriented approach to cooking

Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations

A team player with strong communication skills and a hands‑on mentality

Flexible, resilient, and able to work under pressure, while guiding and mentoring our junior chefs in mastering their craft

Good command of English or Dutch
