Tasks

Consult employees&managers

Oversee&ensure local HR operations

Process defined key topics, develop&implement overarching concepts

Develop solutions for HR policy issues, both respecting global guidelines&adjusting to local specifics

Manage vendors, service providers&(external) lawyers, develop&negotiate contracts (upon approval by manager), monitor service delivery

Prepare&execute personnel transfers&reorganizations

Take on (sub-)projects&special tasks for the manager, deputize for the manager

Collaborate in continuous internal process improvement&documentation

Perform other tasks and/or projects, as assigned

Functional guidance and development of less experienced co-workers, interns, working students and (vocational) trainees

Requirements

Master’s degree and 6 years of professional experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of professional experience, or equivalent

Preferably in the fields of law, economics, psychology, social sciences or humanities, with a focus on HR or employment law

Outstanding diplomatic skills and negotiation abilities (including in dealings with co-determination bodies)

Strong communication skills and high intercultural competence

Strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities in a complex environment

Fluent in English, additional language a plus
