HR Business Partner

to join our HR team.

Based in

Hoofddorp , you will be part of a collaborative HR team of 10 colleagues across Hoofddorp and Aberdeen. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, driving HR strategy and supporting managers and employees across a diverse, international organisation.

Core responsibilities

Partner with managers and employees to deliver impactful HR support.

Drive the full HR cycle (performance management, compensation and benefits, etc) and continuously improve processes.

Implement and optimise HR policies and corporate processes.

Advise on employee relations, absence, talent development and performance management.

Manage complex employee relations cases.

Manage complex employee relations issues.

Support and shape recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Conduct ad‑hoc project work as agreed with the MT and Corporate HR.

Provide sound HR advice aligned with business needs.

Qualifications We are looking for a great communicator with strong organisational skills. You are able to initiate improvements and solve complex issues for which helicopter view, in‑depth expertise and good understanding of the business (context) are necessary. You take ownership and are reliable in delivering results, you think and act across boundaries of responsibilities and you influence cooperation and ambiance in a positive way.

Furthermore you:

- are a certified HR professional and hold at least a bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.

- have proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role.

- have sound knowledge of

Dutch employment law

(which is essential for this position), HR best practices and industry trends.

- are

fluent

in both

Dutch and English .

- proven experience in leading (whole or parts of) HR projects within an international (matrix) organization.

- have experience with HR and Payroll systems, preferably ADP.

- have effective influencing and communication skills at all levels within the organisation.
