Communications Intern - Operations, Hoofddorp

Your role in our shared journey Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting the O2C team in implementing and streamlining communication strategies and operational processes across the company. You'll play a vital role in creating communications, documenting procedures, ensuring data quality, and facilitating knowledge sharing to help the team execute their improvement initiatives more effectively.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Create and distribute various communications including emails, training materials, project updates and O2C templates to support the team's communication strategy.

Manage internal communication channels to keep stakeholders informed.

Document standard operating procedures for B2B streams, Service Now Operations Coordinators Services and the Central Operations Team.

Conduct B2B data quality assurance across all EMEA regions to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Support in generating and distributing reports on Condition Contracts, B2B data, incomplete orders.

Support seasonal sales preparation and regional initiatives to facilitate smooth operational execution.

Facilitate B2B training material translations and local adaptations to ensure accessibility across different regions.

You have the following skills:

Must be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship.

Availability from September for 5-6 months.

Corporate communications, marketing or project management studies.

Planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Analytical thinking and data quality assurance capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
