Financial Control Intern, Hoofddorp

Key responsibilities

Assist with month‑end closing activities for ASICS Europe to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Maintain financial records and perform basic account reconciliations to support the financial control team.

Support data collection and validation for regular financial reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Gather and organise documentation for internal and external audits to facilitate the audit process.

Maintain audit documentation in designated systems and support the filing of J‑SOX documentation.

Required skills and qualifications

Must be enrolled at a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship.

Availability from September for 5–6 months.

Finance, Accounting or Business Administration studies.

Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions.

Willingness to learn financial software such as SAP.

Team‑oriented approach with good communication skills.
