Moxy Operations Stage/Internship, Hoofddorp

The Moxy Operations Attendant is an all‑round position responsible for delivering exceptional experiences throughout the hotel, including front‑desk service, food and beverage support, and general guest assistance.

Your Day Will Consist Of

Working together with the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests

Serving beverages&food to our guests, making recommendations when appropriate

Keeping your work area clean and organized, be aware of the food&safety program (HACCP)

Process all guest check‑ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing&activating room key.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.

Process all payment types such as room charges, checks, debit or credit

Process all check‑outs including resolving any late and disputed charges

Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns

Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check‑in

Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy

Complete designated cashier and closing reports.

Share your knowledge about unique discoveries with our guests and colleagues
