Product Tech-Support Engineer, Hoofddorp

Product Tech‑Support Engineer (Hoofddorp, Project IP&Software Team) This role includes an initial 1–2 year assignment as a Technical Support Engineer supporting the Benelux (BNL) region, providing hands‑on customer and field experience as part of the onboarding and development plan. After this period, the successful candidate is expected to transition back into the Product Team with strongertechnical and market insight.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for technical support throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, technical communication, and solution design.

Provide on‑site support during installation and commissioning; troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with China HQ support and R&D teams.

Deliver technical training to regional colleagues and customers to enhance product knowledge and competency.

Conduct solution testing, compile test reports, and work with product managers on product introduction and promotion.
