Sales Force Effectiveness Manager (M/F/X), Hoofddorp

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area. Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects; adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions. Responsible for estimating future demand by defining, tracking and measuring market elements and determining what inventories are necessary to facilitate approval of demand plans and improved category and/or channel decision-making.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrate strong planning and logistics background.

Responsible for the planning of materials and production, providing resources and materials according to pre-established demand.

Also supervise other analysts in their activities.

Responsible for the delivery flow of the product in cost / time efficiency, with optimizing series of contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Associates Degree (± 13 years).

Experience/Background: Minimum 7 years.
