HIKMICRO is now looking for a

part-time Return Merchandise Authorization Administrator

for the Technical Support Team. In this role, you will work closely with

technical support specialists, the after-sales service team, and the warehouse team . You will play a key part in managing the RMA process, supporting smooth and timely handling of product returns, repairs, and inventory movement. This is a

hands-on role

that combines

administrative duties with some physical tasks . You will gain valuable experience in after-sales support operations and cross-functional coordination in a dynamic international environment. Job Description Monitor and maintain the RMA email inbox: respond to inquiries, provide basic troubleshooting suggestions, and route cases to the appropriate teams.Coordinate the return and exchange process, keeping all parties informed and ensuring timely follow-ups. Track and update incoming and outgoing RMA stock; assist with regular inventory checks. Support warehouse tasks, including helping with packaging, delivery coordination, and pick-ups. Provide general administrative assistance to the Technical Support Team as needed.Your profile Comfortable wit h on-si te work an d occasional physical tasks in a warehouse setting. Able t o handle repetitive task s with a strong sense of responsibility and consistency. Available fo r at least 6 mont h s, for 3 full working days per week Detail-orient ed and reliable with a can-do attitude.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and preferably SAP.
