HR&Internal Communications Internship, Hoofddorp

OMRON Healthcare EMEA is seeking a motivated, team-oriented HR&Internal Communications Intern to join our HR team. You'll report directly to the HR Director and play a key role in our mission to enhance quality of life through innovative healthcare solutions.

About the role: You will plan, deliver, and support internal communication campaigns to drive employee engagement and external communication campaigns to strengthen our employee branding. You will create content for and help manage the HR intranet pages, our Company LinkedIn, Employer Branding, and other HR initiatives, such as our Employee Healthy Living Program

Key activities: Develop content for internal channels, deliver internal campaigns, and provide support for key internal initiatives. Update HR intranet pages and LinkedIn. Generate ideas, propose improvements, and deliver content for HR&Internal communication activities covering the full employee life cycle and employee experience. Manage and create content for Employer Branding to increase employee engagement and attract talent more effectively via LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate would have/is: Currently enrolled in a university studying a degree in the field of communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or HR. Available for a period of 6 months at least. Fluent in English, with strong communication and writing skills. A team player with a hands-on mentality and proactive attitude.Tech-savvy individuals enjoy being creative content creators with skills and experience working with apps such as Canva and Adobe.

Note: This is a full-time internship. Only applicants enrolled as students for the entire internship duration will be considered. Ideally, we are looking for someone to start this in June and for at least 6 months.
