Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager (RSM) My client is seeking a driven
Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
to execute the go-to-market strategy across the Benelux region. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding regional market presence through targeted marketing initiatives, strategic partnerships, and local events. The RSM will work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to drive regional campaigns and collaborate with strategic partners—particularly OneStream Software—on joint lead-generation, co-marketing, and event initiatives. With clear ownership of revenue targets, this role is central to accelerating growth and strengthening the client’s position in the market.Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship development. Identify and engage new prospects using market mapping and proactive business development activities. Own the end-to-end sales process for new logo and existing account opportunities.Execute the regional go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the Customer Account Manager Benelux. Lead discovery engagements to identify client needs and design value-driven solutions. Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, supported by internal subject-matter experts. Support regional marketing and demand-generation initiatives, including campaigns and local events.Lead RFI/RFP and proposal processes, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions and accurate CRM management. Develop and maintain strong alliances with OneStream sales teams and other strategic partners. Candidate Profile Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Experience:
3-5 + years in B2B sales or business development, ideally within enterprise software or consulting services. Skills&Competencies: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and solution-selling capabilities. Disciplined sales process and CRM management skills. Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders. Tools:
CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and marketing tools. Languages:
Fluent in Dutch and English.
