to help us deliver a culinary experience that sets the bar from day one. With 281 rooms, 6 meeting and event styling rooms, and the buzz of a brand-new operation, this is your chance to showcase your skills across all sections of the kitchen, inspire colleagues, and be part of something exceptional.

What you’ll do As Allround Kok, you’ll be a true multitasker in the kitchen, working across different sections from starters to mains to desserts. You’ll prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards, ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen meets the expectations of both our guestsand our team. You’ll take ownership of your mise-en-place, uphold hygiene and safety guidelines (HACCP), and keep the workflow smooth during even the busiest moments. Your flexibility means you can jump in wherever needed assisting colleagues or contributing creative ideas for new dishes. This isa role where your all-round skills will shine and where you’ll be an essential part of delivering memorable dining experiences every single day.

What we’re looking for

Around 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or hotel kitchens (large operations are a plus)

A creative and detail-oriented approach to cooking

Willingness to learn HACCP and food safety regulations

Flexible, resilient, and able to work well under pressure

Ability to support colleagues and guide less experienced team members

While primarily responsible for one assigned section, you will also assist in all other sections of the kitchen where needed to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Good command of English or Dutch
