Bar Associate
to help us deliver exceptional experiences in our luxury bar, which attracts both hotel guests and visitors from outside.
What you’ll do As a Bar Associate, you’ll be the face of our bar, providing service with professionalism, flair, and attention to detail. You will:
Advise guests on drinks and menu choices, explaining flavors, preparation methods, and pairings.
Assist guests with wine and cocktail selections according to complementary, contrasting, or enhancing taste principles.
Perform tableside preparations and special serving techniques, ensuring every guest experience is memorable.
Support 1–2 colleagues in daily bar operations and smooth service flow.
Work according to HACCP, safety, and hygiene regulations.
What we’re looking for
MBO 3 working and thinking level, with hospitality or bar experience
Knowledge of company-specific regulations and (legal) safety and hygiene standards
Basic to intermediate experience with special serving techniques and tableside preparations
Enthusiasm for wine, cocktails, and flavor combinations
Guest-focused mindset with excellent communication and advisory skills
Team player able to support colleagues when needed
Good command of English or Dutch
