Business Analyst ERP |€72,360 per year | Hoofddorp | Hybrid | Focus: Oracle E-Business Suite Join a global Biotech and Pharmaceutical company in Hoofddorp as a Business Analyst ERP.

In this critical role, you will partner both with IT and business stakeholders, being responsible for translating complex requirements into functional specifications, managing system enhancements, and ensuring that all ERP activities from tech transfers to product launches, meet stringent validation and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the lead for site-specific and global initiatives, including system enhancements and Global Supply Chain (GSC) prioritized projects.

Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and transform them into clear functional specifications and test scenarios.

Plan, coordinate, and approve User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including defect triage and final business sign-off.

Collaborate with Change Owners and Quality Engineering to maintain accurate work instructions and ensure all validation standards are met.

Provide expert ERP impact assessments during change control forums and socialization meetings.

Salary:€72,360 per year, based on 40h per week

Location: Hoofddorp, Netherlands

Contract: Initial 12 months contract with the possibility of extension

Work Model: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days on-site)

Work Schedule: Monday– Friday, 09:00–17:00

Qualifications&Experience

5+ years of functional experience as an ERP Business Analyst or in a comparable enterprise-scale role.

Complete command of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and its integration.

Strong end-to-end understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Deliver (PTD), and Finance business processes.

Proven track record of managing ERP enhancements within governed, regulated change management frameworks.

Familiarity with validation and compliance requirements within highly regulated environments (e.g., Biotech or Pharma)
