About the Job Have you always wanted to gain HR experience in a multinational company while discovering the exciting fields of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding? Join our team in August/September 2026 as our new Campus Recruitment Intern! You will be part of a large international team responsible for Talent Acquisition for Danone in the Netherlands, and within this you will be part of the smaller Campus Recruitment and Employer Branding team. Your focus will be on the recruitment and engagement of interns where you will have a lot of ownership and responsibility.

Responsibilities

Managing multiple intern recruitment processes from beginning to end (job intake with hiring manager, writing engaging job ads, screening CVs, and managing communication between candidates and future line managers).

Being the main contact person for newly hired interns (providing guidance, onboarding information, etc.).

Co‑owning the Intern Engagement Calendar with other campus recruitment interns, managing monthly community building activities (lunches, workshops) and creating new concepts to help interns get to know each other and Danone.

Promoting Danone at universities by connecting with relevant course leaders to advertise roles and attending/hosting relevant events to meet students.

Contributing to employer branding initiatives such as creating content, making vacancy videos, and using social media.

Key Requirements

Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.

Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number; non‑EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit and a three‑party agreement with Danone.

Available to start in August/September 2026 for a minimum of 5–6 months, 4 or 5 days per week.

Fluent in Dutch and English.

Able to work from our Hoofddorp, Utrecht and Rijswijk offices at least 2 days per week (different office every week).
