This role exists to maintain offshore electrical equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient offshore operations. The role holder performs maintenance, repair, and replacement activities in their area of expertise according to work programmes, MMS, maintenance planning, and budget to maximize equipment reliability and availability while reducing replacement costs.Contract Duration:

Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance

Maintain electrical equipment to design and performance standards, conduct planned and unplanned maintenance, repair, and replacement activities on offshore electrical systems, and ensure equipment is fit for purpose and operating in a safe manner. Advise the OIM and E&I Team Leader on the need for external assistance from vendors or third‑party contractors and recommend ways to improve existing maintenance operations to increase equipment lifetime and reduce replacement costs. Troubleshooting

Execute urgent and first‑line maintenance, seek technical support from E&I Engineers, E&I Team Leader, or vendors to resolve situations effectively. Perform root cause analysis of unexpected and structural electrical failures, report findings, and make recommendations to prevent future failures and reduce costs. Inspections and Calibration

Carry out planned inspections, identify problems, and take corrective action. Perform test routines and calibrate electrical equipment, reporting performance anomalies to the E&I Team Leader and OIM as appropriate. Detailed Work Planning

Prioritize and plan own maintenance activities within own area of expertise during the shift, in line with the work program and offshore operational planning, and consult with the OIM. Advise OIM and E&I Team Leader on opportunities to work more efficiently, use vendor time and scheduled downtime effectively. Stock Requisition

Identify replacement parts and other stock needed for requisition, move stock and materials to and from all work sites, and complete these activities neatly and efficiently in accordance with procedures, including HSEQ, to guarantee material availability and safe usage. Administration

Administer work orders, maintenance activities, system modifications, and other relevant information into MMS and report to the E&I Team Leader and OIM, in line with operating procedures and formats, to ensure accurate information during maintenance activities and compliance with legislation and HSEQ standards. Contractor Supervision

Guide contract personnel or specialists in own area of expertise, supervise, review, and evaluate the quality of their repair or maintenance activities according to industry, legislative, and CEU NL standards. Report findings to the E&I Team Leader to assure maximum quality work by contractors. Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Competence Assurance

Comply with HSEQ procedures, rules, and regulations; contribute to building awareness among personnel; conduct or attend safety briefings; recognise and correct unsafe or hazardous conditions; participate in the emergency team; and complete the allocated Units of Competence related to Maintenance and HSE.About You

All offshore certification must be in place, including current COMPEX certification. Experience working with low voltage and SAP is required. Strong communication skills, ability to influence decision makers constructively, and proven collaboration across teams and externally. Skilled at building rapport and persuasively contributing to change and action. Experienced in a highly collaborative and agile offshore environment.Values
