Media Preparation Operator (Operator I/II)

Looking for a role where you are part of the first and essential steps in vaccine production? Then you came across the right post. As a Media Preparation Operator, you join a GMP manufacturing team responsible for preparing the critical materials that enable downstream cell, virus, and bacterial production processes.

You start your shift by working with your team to review the production schedule and prepare upcoming batches. You weigh raw materials, prepare media and buffers, and ensure everything is correctly set up for production.

As you become more familiar with the process, you take on full execution of GMP activities. You perform aseptic in-process checks and take samples that support quality control and product release. You may also support the filling line, where vaccines are filled into vials and syringes under strict GMP conditions. Over time, you develop stronger ownership of the process, working more independently while maintaining full compliance and consistency across batches.

Throughout the day, you document all activities in batch records, receive and replenish materials, and keep the workflow running smoothly. When equipment issues arise, you perform first-line maintenance or escalate deviations when necessary.

Working closely with your colleagues, you review each other’s work to ensure consistency and compliance. As you grow in the role, you actively identify improvements in the process and help implement them, contributing to a more efficient and reliable production flow.
