What will you do? As a Store Manager at Episode, you will play a key role in our mission to fight fast fashion with sustainable solutions. You will be the face of our store and help create the unique atmosphere of a vintage clothing treasure trove.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and managing the store

Supporting the Regional Manager

Manage a store and store team

Train the store staff in sales, running a store, processing delivered goods and Visual Merchandising and among other things

Take responsibility of store sales and KPI targets

Planning; Daily tasks as well as weekly schedules

MUST HAVES

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in a retail environment (hard demand)

Speak fluently English (hard demand)

Stress-resistant
