As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a
HR&Recruitment Specialist
(Dutch speaker) to join their team and play a key role in supporting their people agenda. This role combines
hands‑on recruitment
with
employee coaching ,
performance support , and
HR process coordination .
Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end
recruitment processes
in collaboration with hiring managers and external partners. (tech and engineering roles)
Partner with managers to support
performance management ,
career development , and
employee engagement
initiatives.
Handle
employee relations , including sickness and reintegration cases, ensuring alignment with
Dutch labour law .
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Act as the main point of contact for HR‑related questions from employees and managers.
Collaborate closely with the
Global HR Director (US)
and local HR&Finance team.
Support the continuous improvement of HR processes and contribute to a positive company culture.
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in HR, ideally in an international or SME environment.
Proven background in
recruitment and employee coaching .
Strong knowledge of
Dutch labour law .
Fluent in
Dutch
and
English .
Proactive, approachable, and passionate about people development.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.

of€0.23 per km.

(20 statutory + 5 non‑statutory), plus public holidays including Christmas, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, King’s Day, Liberation Day, Ascension, and Whitsun.
