The Job Managing onboarding and offboarding
by preparing contracts, arranging system access and phone descriptions, collecting required documentation and ensuring smooth follow‑up for new and departing employees Supporting HR administration
through leave tracking, pension updates, maintaining employee records and keeping HR templates and policies up to date Coordinating office management
by organising supplies, groceries, ICT items, bikelease plan, workspace setup and ensuring a positive workplace experience Providing management support
with scheduling, practical follow‑up, meeting preparation and general administrative coordination Handling travel arrangements and events
by booking hotels and flights, supporting internal events and coordinating employee care initiatives Processing expenses and payments
such as declarations, weekly payment files and operational administrative tasks Acting as a welcoming first point of contact
for colleagues, visitors and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and support
Your profile Must haves Fluent in Dutch and English Strong administrative and organizational skills Proven ability to work accurately, independently and discreetly Comfortable in a broad support role combining office, HR and management support Strong affinity for service, hospitality and people supportNice-to-haves Experience in office management, HR support or management assistance Experience with administrative systems or HR tools Experience in a consultancy environment Mindset&Soft Skills Highly service-minded and approachable, someone people feel comfortable turning to Pragmatic, hands-on and proactive Strong sense of ownership and reliability Flexible and adaptable in a varied role
