Position Summary The Sales Assistant (20 hours per week) supports the commercial team by coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth operational processes within a highly regulated environment. The role focuses on assisting account managers, processing service orders accurately and maintaining compliance with medical industry standards. Attention to detail, understanding of medical terminology, and adherence to quality and regulatory guidelines are essential.

Essential Duties&Responsibilities Collect and communicate input/news to be shared internally or externally. For example: best practices, upcoming events/exhibitions. Providing this input to the sales and marketing organization. Supporting (Senior) Account Managers Benelux (f.e. making renewals) Supporting National Sales Managers NL and BeLux (f.e. secretarial issues, facility management).Supporting Marketing Managers (f.e. direct mailings, translations). Managing customer complaints for Benelux and keep track on status to supervise proper closure. Managing websites (f.e. Medassort, Z-index). Managing review of Benelux brochures and other communication material. Managing translations in general.Managing Financial Support to business purchases made on account. Organizing meetings, travel arrangements&other, if needed, for local and regional meetings. Organizing symposium, local (Benelux) sales congresses and arranging material marketing congresses. Organizing Notification procedure RIZIV&reimbursement procedure CNK (Belgium)&Z-Index (Netherlands). Managing demo cases, training modules and samples (for customers&sales reps). Work on special projects as assigned The principal activities are a summary of the activities under each main task for general guidance and are not intended to be the total list of activities. The job holder is expected, when requested by management, to undertake other tasks as and when required.

Knowledge&Skills Maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Salescloud) Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Fluent in Dutch and English - spoken and written. Problem‑Solving&Prioritization. Accuracy&Compliance. Professional communication with hospitals, clinics, and distributors. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Service‑oriented mindset when supporting healthcare professionals.

Minimum Qualifications, Education&Experience Must be at least 18 years of age. Associate degree or technical equivalent preferred (HBO 2 years) or Diploma in Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO Level 4). Minimum 5 years of experience required.
