It is the backbone of the bids&projects department, responsible for setting up, maintaining, and improving an efficient management system across the portfolio, enabling smooth and professional project execution. About your future job Thales Huizen organization is looking for a PMO specialist to join our business unit“secure communications and information systems,” delivering high-tech equipment to our military customers around the globe. Within this role, you will act on one or multiple projects, supporting project governance, standardization, and execution. In addition to being responsible for schedule accuracy, you will track risks, cost variances, and other KPIs that will aid transparency on project progress.The main tasks are: Implement Primavera to Thales standards Support current PMO team in complex projects Transfer knowledge to the current team and new colleagues About you Completed a Bachelor; Medior position requires

minimum 3 years

of experience&the senior position requires

minimum 5 years

of relevant experience. Soft/interpersonal skills and a team player; Experience with implementing

Oracle Primavera ; Experience with change and stakeholder management; Proactive, accurate, analytical, and solution-oriented; Strong communication skills in English.
