Urgently searching for an interim Salesforce Product Owner! We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Product Owner to support the evolution of a complex Salesforce environment within a digital platform business. This role focuses on translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while driving product vision and roadmap development. The Product Owner will act as the key link between business stakeholders and Salesforce delivery teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined and aligned with the overall product strategy. This position is not focused on development, but on ownership, direction, and collaboration across multiple teams.Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into Salesforce product requirements Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce teams Define and manage the Salesforce product roadmap, including MVP and longer-term evolution Drive product ownership and strategic direction for the Salesforce platformCoordinate with business analysts, consultants, and technical teams Ensure Salesforce solutions align with broader business objectives Support integrations between Salesforce and other systems Requirements
10+ years of experience working with Salesforce or CRM platforms Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead Salesforce Consultant Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Consultant certification is highly preferred Experience working with integrations and complex Salesforce ecosystemsProven experience in Salesforce implementations or migrations Experience working within digital platform or marketplace-type business models is a strong advantage Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Profile
Is a senior professional with strong strategic thinking Has the ability to align business, product, and technical teams Is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different domains Can provide clear direction and ownership without being hands-on in development Practical Information
