Overview

For one of our customers in the defense sector, we are seeking an experienced

Bid Manager (m/f/d)

to support a strategic contract amendment and rebaselining. This is a key position where you will take ownership of coordinating bid activities and processes across various expert teams. Responsibilities

Lead the bid team for the contract amendment and rebaselining process Provide clear process guidance and direction to subject matter experts, in close cooperation with the Capture Leader Maintain a clear overview of multiple work packages and teams Ensure integral alignment across work streams regarding assumptions, decisions, and dependenciesDirect the involved specialists regarding mandatory validations (e.g. security, legal, HSE, finance) Manage risk according to the SORARe process Prepare internal reviews (CCR&HOR) and approval gates Collaborate with the 2nd Bid Manager and Finance to prepare PCS documentation Initiate and manage internal (re)baselining activities, including scheduling (PERT) and risk&opportunity management Act as main point of coordination with both the Baseline Authority and Design Authority Qualifications / Profile

Proven experience in managing complex bids Strong leadership and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams Excellent understanding of bid governance, validations, and risk management Structured, proactive, and able to drive clarity and alignment Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plusPrevious experience in defense, aerospace, or similarly regulated industries is advantageous Start: ASAP (ideally within August) Are you open to a new challenge in an impactful and agile environment?
