You translate data and practical knowledge into smart maintenance strategies, collaborate with specialists from across the company and ensure technical standards that make a difference site-wide. In addition, you contribute to the development of installation performance for various operational units.

Provide substantive direction to maintenance.

You translate technical data and practical experience into smart maintenance concepts, standards, and improvement initiatives.

Enable predictable maintenance through smart monitoring

and implement advanced measurement systems within your field.

Work closely with various departments and stakeholders,

such as Field Management, production units and project teams across the entire site.

Are prescriptive within your field

and deliver direct impact on the performance and reliability of our installations.

Jouw werkomgeving You will be part of the central maintenance organization of Tata Steel IJmuiden, where technical teams are responsible for site-wide planned maintenance.

As this is a generic role, you may be placed in various production units, such as the Blast Furnaces, Cold Rolling Mill, Hot Rolling Mill or another operational unit.
