Social media volunteer, IJmuiden

Do you have experience with Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter and are you good at writing short texts? Then we are looking for you!

You are responsible for content planning, write messages and consult with council members. You ensure that texts and photos are quickly placed online. You answer questions and are active on various media on behalf of PvdA Velsen. You can also participate in working visits and events to report live.

What we offer

Participate in a nice group of 3 councilors and support group members with a look behind the scenes of a political group;

A flexible and independent volunteer position or an assignment for your studies;

The chance to gain or expand social media experience where there is a lot of room for own initiative;

Reimbursement of costs and kilometers incurred.

What we ask

Experience with social media;

Experience with advertising on social media is a plus;

Good at dealing with people;

Handy for making mobile videos and a smooth pen;

Taking initiative is easy for you;

Time and desire to make time for the PvdA Velsen for a period of time.

Do you already work with social media or do you know a lot about it and do you want to use your knowledge for PvdA Velsen, then you are welcome to contact us. This position is also very suitable for Marketing, Communication or Journalism students who want to gain experience as a social media editor.

PvdA Velsen is a local branch of the Labor Party. Our group in the city council of Velsen has 3 councilors.
