Location and Role We are currently hiring a
Customer Service Supervisor
at our Velsen location.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop the Customer Service team.
Ensure efficient daily management of the department and optimal allocation of personnel and resources.
Monitor progress and quality of work and operationally support as needed.
Analyze results and report KPIs to customers and internal stakeholders.
Conduct performance and development discussions and contribute to employee development.
Identify and implement improvement processes and cost‑saving initiatives focused on operational excellence.
Ensure optimal customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
Translate customer needs and operational analyses into improvements in service delivery and processes.
Collaborate with other departments within Lineage to ensure a uniform, customer‑focused service.
What we are looking for We are looking for a coach‑style leader who derives energy from coaching people and improving processes. The ideal candidate can set priorities, maintains an overview in a dynamic environment and thinks solution‑oriented.
Has a higher professional education level and experience in a managerial role within Customer Service or a similar environment.
Focuses on coaching, motivating and developing employees.
Has experience in a Customer Service environment and an affinity for logistics service provision.
Is familiar with various systems and process optimization.
Is solution‑oriented, communicative and quality‑focused.
Maintains overview and can set priorities even in hectic situations.
