Job Summary As an HR Officer at DeRegt, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate HR and payroll administration. You act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, supporting a wide range of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This hands‑on, all‑round HR position offers the opportunity to combine operational excellence with a proactive mindset and contribute to continuous improvement within HR.
About The Team You will be part of a dedicated and informal HR team within DeRegt, where collaboration, short communication lines, and a pragmatic approach are key. The organization operates in a technical and production‑driven environment with an international scope, and HR plays an important role in supporting both employees and managers, ensuring processes run efficiently while contributing to a positive and professional work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain personnel files and HR systems
Process and verify payroll mutations accurately
Coordinate sickness absence cases and liaise with the occupational health service
Support recruitment and selection processes, including vacancy management and interview planning
Support onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding processes
Act as the first point of contact for HR‑related questions from employees and managers
Prepare HR reports and identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications Required:
MBO level 4 diploma in HR or a related field
HBO level of thinking and working
Knowledge of HR processes, labour law, and social legislation
Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred:
Previous experience in a similar HR role
Experience within a technical, production, or international environment
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
Proactive mindset and a hands‑on, no‑nonsense attitude
Comfortable working in a direct and informal organizational culture
