What will you be doing?

You’re the go-to person on board, managing a team of lead electricians, electricians, and subcontractors. You create structure and a safe working environment, ensuring that tasks are carried out according to plan and within the set budget. In practice, this means: Determining the scope of work fromdrawings and planning, and coordinating execution with your teamMonitoring progress, safety, quality, and priorities on site Holding regular consultations with colleagues, engineers, commissioning engineers, clients and suppliers Fostering not just performance but team spirit– you motivate, guide, and create a positive work atmosphere Keeping oversight of personnel matters such as scheduling, supervision, and team developmentWhat do we offer you?

You have solid experience in the maritime sector and know how to keep a team on course. You’re self-reliant but also a real team player. You know how to motivate people and help them grow. What you bring: A completed MBO level 4 qualification in Electrical Engineering Experience as a senior or chief electrician in a maritime settingAn independent work attitude and strong organisational skills Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English A client-focused approach and keen eye for quality As a Production Supervisor, you lead a team of electricians and commissioning engineers on large-scale maritime projects. You ensure structure, safety and quality on board, and play a key role in achieving our project goals.
