Employee Guided tours, Landgraaf

To guide visitors around the site and provide historical information, we are looking for guides.

A guide tells visitors of all ages about Slot Schaesberg, the project and the fascinating history of Landgoed Slot Schaesberg. He / she will do this during guided tours in the visitor center, on and around the site and in and on the historic castle remnants.

During the role, you will be trained by volunteers who research and map the estate. Together you create a catchy and inspiring tour. The project is progressing steadily with new insights, so you must stay up‑to‑date with developments and new historical information.

You work with staff and guests to receive and guide visitors and groups around the site, providing good and complete information for a well‑informed and satisfied customer. You also help the visitor find his way on the site and tell what Landgoed Slot Schaesberg offers.

You love history and hospitality, are callable and flexible, and want to delve into the history of Landgoed Slot Schaesberg and its surroundings.

We are looking for an enthusiastic independent go‑getter who likes to work in a team, has good communication skills, is proactive, and can function independently within their responsibilities for parts of the day.

Customer‑friendly, result‑oriented, accurate, focused on collaboration and professionalism.

Hospitable and helpful, good oral expression (preferably in German and / or English), advisory skills.
