Operations Engineer III | Postgres&Data Platforms | OnePAM Join a high-impact data platform team, working on a mission‑critical system that supports customer and agreement data across Europe. Combine hands‑on operations with engineering while contributing to a large-scale migration from IBM MDM to a modern Postgres‑based platform.

About the role As an Operations Engineer, you will be part of an international agile squad responsible for the full lifecycle of the OnePAM Data Core platform. You will ensure stability, performance, and scalability of critical data systems while contributing to the transition toward a next‑generation data platform.

You will:

Operate and maintain high‑availability (24/7) data platforms

Contribute to deployments, automation, and lifecycle management

Support incident, change, and risk management processes

Build and improve observability, monitoring, and performance

Design reusable automation and tooling for multiple teams

Collaborate with engineering and architecture on platform improvements

Participate in on‑call/standby rotations

About you:

Strong experience as an Operations Engineer in complex environments

Hands‑on Postgres DBA experience (performance, monitoring, optimization)

Experience with Linux and scripting (Bash and/or Python)

Experience with Docker and configuration management tools (Ansible)

Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)

Experience with Git‑based workflows (GitHub, Maven)

Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

Experience in financial and/or corporate agile environments

Comfortable working with high‑availability platforms (24/7)
